Reiki level I teaches the student how to use Reiki for their own self-healing and assisting others. Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive nurturing practice helpful for stress reduction and can be done on or off the body.
Reiki is offered in most Complementary Care Centers of major hospitals. Reiki can also be used with pets, plants and all living things. No clothing is removed. No previous experience is necessary.

Reiki Master Teacher: Elsie Kerns has been teaching Reiki since 1992. She is currently in Year 3 of the Eden Energy Medicine Certification and a graduate of the 4-year Barbara Brennan School of Healing. She is also a Certified Energy Medicine for Women Instructor and cofounder of Wellness Workers Holistic Health in Cherry Hill.
